Well...I'm 151.6 lbs today. Which is down 2 lbs from last week, but right back to where I was the week before. So basically, in the last 3.5 weeks of lowering my points, I haven't gotten anywhere. I GIVE UP! I'm sick of eating so few points, especially since it's not working. So, I'm bumping my points up to 27, which is 3 less than I normally do for maintenace, and 4 more from what I've been doing these last few weeks. I feel totally defeated :O(

Don't give up!! I know it's so hard and to tell you the truth i found maintenance the hardest of all. In fact it beat me to the ground. However i got back up and i'm trying to get there again.
I don't know whether this is true of everyone but i find it's going down a lot slower this time, maybe because of age??
Anyway you've been there and you'll be there again it just takes time(i know everyone says that:)

I'm sorry that you're feeling defeated. I'm sure though with you raising your points that you'll see a change ... any other time you've done the same thing you've had losses!! Try to keep your head held high ... things will work out, it just might take a bit of time!!

Good jobs on the Weight loss. I hope this week goes better for you. Think about the positive!

Have you considered/looked at Core? If the points are driving you nuts, maybe take a month of Core and have a "points vacation"?

Just a thought, honey. I hate to see you struggling.

Don't feel defeated... like you said, you were never this weight before... I'm no expert yet, but perhaps you could try your wendie plan thing again? From reading back in your blog posts, that seemed to work for you before...? Or like you were saying, more weights... ? I'll be right beside you sweatin my butt off though!!! Rootin for you all the way! :)

Please don't feel discouraged. You are such an inspiration! I will second what Dee said about Core. Maybe you should give it a try. Perhaps your body needs a menu shake up and not a points shake up.

Stay strong!!!

Shauna, I am cheering you on from all the way up in the North. You look beautiful in your recent pictures by the way. Keep experimenting with the amount of points you are using and maybe you will find a good number.

GO SHAUNA GO!

I wish I had an answer, but I've been dealing with the exact same thing for 1 year and 3 months, but whose counting? If you find an answer I'd love to know it

DON'T GIVE UP! I've been reading (stalking) you for a short time now but you are totally inspiring. What you need to do is go back to what you were doing before you hit goal. Eating a certain amount of points, eating your flex and ap points. You know how to do this-you have done it and you continue to inspire us all. Please do not give up! You have really inspired me to get back on track!!

You know what Shaunna - you've kept me going so many times that I felt the need to comment on this post. You CAN'T give up (and I think you know you won't) You are so amazingly inspirational to so many people that there is not a change in hell that we won't be here for you in this rough time. You know these few extra pounds will be gone, and that you'll get right back into your comfort zone. I think upping your points a little was the right choice, and I think I'll be reading an exstatic Shaunna post next Monday......

Hang in there lady....we all need you, and are still SO proud of you....

Do you know how much I LOVE this background? When I first saw it on your blog I had to have it. I was so excited when I found it for blogger AND myspace. I feel so honored that you checked out my blog. I truly am inspired by you.

Babe, I am sorry you are struggling. I am with Dee on the Core thing. Don't get too caught up in the points, take a break from them.

You rock hard sista!

Losing 130 pounds is no where defeated in my books.

NO! SHAUNNA, YOU CAN'T DO THIS! Shrunk doesn't give up! NEVER! You said it yourself in your previous post: "I don't quit." Yes, you don't quit, so don't start now!

*hugs*
