Still tryin' to lose, still not getting anywhere...this week I'm not using any flex and keeping my pts lowered to 25 per day. I will earn my 28ap's this week as well.

Soon, I'll just give up. My body is comfortable in the 150's whether I like it or not.

AH WELL - tis life I guess!

if that's where your body is comfortable (and btw stunning!!) than that's where its comfortable..

i have read a few times on this blog and in your posts its not always the number on the scale that measures our success..

look at you in all these pictures!!! i mean..you are IN pictures!! And goofying around, not trying to suck in/hide/avoid etc..

look at the FABULOUS clothes in your closet!! lululemon baby!!

the cake decorating class..did you do this before you lost weight?

the running accomplishments!!

and so on and so on and so on..

You rock it honey and you have GOT to know that!!

no matter what a stupid digital box says!!

Shauna: you look so great and you are so consistent with this eating thing that if 150s is where you land and your body is comfortable, you'll be able to maintain that weight for a very very long time and that is a good thing!!!

Hi Shaunna:
I've read and enjoyed your blog for quite some time now, and speaking as someone who's only lost 1/2 the weight you have, but has kept all of it off for 4 years, may I suggest just floating for a bit. Not giving up, but just giving yourself a little break from trying to get back to the number you prefer to be at. Perhaps your experiencing a plateau right now, and your body is asking you to leave it be for a while.
Judging by what I've seen you accomplish to date, I have NO DOUBT this is just a slight bump in the road for you!
Chin up my dear, you have done a FABULOUS job of recreating yourself!

I just wandered into your blog and was completely speechless. I'm almost 20lbs larger than what you were at your highest and it is such encouragement. You don't even look like the same person!

Congratulations on everything you've accomplished!
