I was down 3.6 lbs last WI, but nothing has budged since. It's like I'm stuck. I want to get back into the 140's and I can't! My weight creeps up a couple lbs, then down a couple lbs. It's really frustrating. I'm still totally healthy, and I know that, but I just felt better about 5-10 lbs less. I stick to my daily points of 23, eat all my ap's and flex...and I earn 20-28 ap's per week. My doctor ordered me blood tests. I went and had them done yesterday. It's just to check on my thyroid (issues run in my family), iron levels, and all that. I'm pretty sure it will all come back as normal. Anyways, I've increased my strength training for this week, hoping that maybe adding more muscle will help things. Time will tell :O)

Anyways, just thought that I'd pop in to say "HI", and letcha all know I'm still around.

Ugh, I feel your frustration. I do the same thing, bounce around this weight constantly. I just want to be under 150, is that too much to ask??? HAHAHA. I had a bunch of blood tests done a couple years ago and all came back normal, but it does cross my mind from time to time that maybe I should check again. In the meantime though I know I'm healthy & fit. Most of the time the # on the scale doesn't bother me, but there are days ....

Your new pup is so cute ... and spoiled :) Nice clothes like her Momma.

here's a question that i'm hoping you'll be able to answer: if you starting WW and at the high end of your healthy BMI is it acceptable for you to chose the low 20 as goal? or 10%? What's your take on it? Thanks! -sophie

Hi there,I visit your blog and have been following your journey since you began.

I know you lost your weight fast, just curious, did you always eat all of your Flex and AP's?

And did you follow the old rule of only trading up to 4 points of aps for food per day?

You are a true inspiration!

Hi... was wondering, what is your exercise routine like? I am sort of not budging that much either...
By the way, LOVE your blog, your story. Keep it up.
