Down 5 lbs in my first week back on track. It seems that I can count points alllll I want and I don't get anywhere, but as soon as I throw some exercise into the mix, things start to move in the right direction!

Congratulations on your loss!!!

I was reading an older post and I see you are going to have an endometrial ablation. I had one about 15 years ago and couldn't be happier.

I was having so much trouble with bleeding that I had to wear actual diapers, one in front, one in the middle and one at the back. IT SUCKED!!!

After my surgery, I didn't have my period for about six months and that was lovely. It did come back, but has been manageable ever since.

I wish you luck. I remember how hard it was to function.

First time on your blog, but was so impressed I had to comment. Amazing journey you've been on! And great job.

I totally relate to the exercise thing. I havent run since 1/1 because of an injury and it's been awful! Just running a few miles a day totally kept my weight in check without a lot of hassle. Since then, i have to be so diligent about what I eat, and it's frustrating. Can't wait to get back on the treadmill, or better yet outside again.

Keep up the great work!
