Here is the cake that I made to complete the Wilton Course 1 tonight. We were allowed to do whatever we wanted for our cake. This one reminds me of my blog :O)

HEY GUYS! I'm sorry that I haven't been around. I've been so busy! People are asking me to make them cakes, I'm taking the Wilton Cake Decorating Courses. School is winding up, so there's celebrations and get togethers. It's total craziness, and I can't wait for summer holidays to start! Anyways, here's what I've been up to. This blog is turning from weight loss to CAKES, how crazy is that? LOL!

YAY! All the birthdays are over. We had my daughters 3rd birthday yesterday, and all went well. The cake turned out AWESOME! When you ask what her favourite part of the birthday party was she says, "MY PRINCESS CAKE"! That makes staying up until 4am decorating totally worth it. It was so good that I had to have TWO pieces :OP
