Oops! I forgot to update you guys on my weigh in this morning. I was down 2.8 lbs, putting me only 3.6 lbs away from goal!

This is how I eat, I gave a few examples for each meal....

2 pt Breakfast (one of the following, not a huge breaky fan):

-All Bran Bar
-Steel Cut Oats with Cinnamon & Splenda
-All Bran Cereal with Skim Milk
-2 pieces of WW Toast with Lite Cheez Whiz

6 pt Lunch (one of the following):

-1 cup of pasta with 1 cup of Vegetarian Sauce
-Smart Ones Turkey Frozen Dinner with a Salad and oliveoil/balsamic vinegar
-Greek Salad (with olive oil and balsamic vinegar)and Grilled Cheese and Turkey Sandwich
-Pita Pizza made at home

8-10pt Dinner (one of the following):

-Salmon with ½ cup of rice, and a cup of yellow corn
-Veggie Burger with home fries and salad
-Lean beef with baked potato, fat free sourcream and chives, and some stir fry mixed veggies (in olive oil)
-Teriyaki Chicken Breast with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots

1-4pt Snacks (3+ a night):

-strawberries with fat free cool whip and frozen ice milk
-smart pop popcorn
-Cadbury thin bar
-WW frozen cake
-Rice Krispie Square

I also make sure to take a multivitamin and drink 3+L of water a day, and get my exercise.

Down 1.6 for Weigh In Today. I'm going to quit the Wendie Plan today, and just try staggering my points myself. If it doesn't work, then I'll just go back to Wendie :O)

Well I found a picture of me at my start weight of 281 lbs, so I got my 4 yr old to snap a pic of me today so that I can compare. Wow, what a difference! I forgot how big I really was.

Wendie works! I lost 5.2 this week. I just broke that plateau in a big way LoL! Thks to everyone who suggested I try Wendie, that's exactly what I needed. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! *happy dance* I'm SO relieved. Only 8 lbs to goal :O)

Yay! I had my "super high day" on the Wendie Plan yesterday. I had to eat 39 pts. I was a little worried about doing this, to me it felt like a binge. BUT, when I got on the scale today, after having tons of sodium yesterday, I'm DOWN another half a pound. Wendie works! I'm just thrilled :O)

In only 2 days the Wendie Plan has brought me back down to 178.2 lbs. I wasn't eating enough points obviously. I'm so excited you guys! *happy dancing* alllllllll day today :O)

*throwing a huge tantrum here*
I'm getting SO frusterated, angry, disappointed...I just wanna FREAK OUT!I've worked out like a fricken dog the last 3 weeks for NOTHING. I actually gained this week! I gained 1.8 for absolutely no reason in the world. I work out every day for an hour and follow the WW plan EXACTLY to FREAKING GAIN! ARGH! This is so not fair. I think that after 3 weeks of crappy WI's I can officially say that I've hit a plateau. I can't believe that I'm back in the 180's. It kills me to have to change my stats :O(
