Yay! I had my "super high day" on the Wendie Plan yesterday. I had to eat 39 pts. I was a little worried about doing this, to me it felt like a binge. BUT, when I got on the scale today, after having tons of sodium yesterday, I'm DOWN another half a pound. Wendie works! I'm just thrilled :O)

LoL! I had a 13 point Teriyaki Steak, with a loaded baked potato...and the biggest, yummiest Cinnamon Bun SLATHERED in icing, and the whole time I was saying to Dh, "I can't believe that this is going to help me lose weight".
I'm anxious to see if it works for you. I was happy it worked for Mandy. Good to know when I get close to my goal that there will be a tool out there to get off of those plateaus.
the cinnamon bun sounds fabulous! haha..... I just bought some falafel and am already planning next weeks SHD around that. It's kinda fun having SHD's to work with, isn't it??? :) Good luck on Monday!
