I earned my 7 AP's today on the stairclimber and treadmill. Now tomorrow I'm just going to relax, drink my water, and wait for Friday's outcome on the scale :OP

Then this weekend is Monster Jam with the family, and a new haircut!

I took a little peek at the scale today, it has not budged. Tomorrow I'm going to earn my last 7 AP's for the week to make a total of 28. I'll take Thursday off, and do my official WI on Friday. I'm really not getting my hopes up though. I think my efforts are going to go unrewarded :O(

On the plus side, I do see some muscle definition coming back in my arms and legs and I feel great! So, that counts for something!

So, what do I go and do? I use all my flex in my first 2 days of my WW week. *sigh* I've got a tough week ahead of me. The only way that I'm going to be able to do this is by earning lots of AP's!

Weigh in today was 147.6 lbs. I'm really sad about it *sigh*

I didn't want to accept the fact that my weight went up a couple of weeks ago. I was hoping it was just some kind of water retention from getting back to the gym. But it seems as though the gain has stuck, and now I have to switch back to "losing". I'm sooooo not looking forward to this. It is my own fault though. I quit working out from mid-November until the end of December, and this is the price I pay.

Wish me luck please. I'm really not looking forward to less food. I've been quite happy with my 30pts per day.

Today was a busy day and I was tired, but I drug my butt to the gym anyways. Some days are really like that. I already took 2 days off at the beginning of my WW week, so I felt that I had to get'er done! I forced myself out the door.

Tonight I did 45 mins of high intensity cardo at the gym, and 30 mins of Yoga at home.

Oh and, Karineeee *said in my best whiney voice*...I know I promised a pic but I have to get my hair done. It looks terrible! I can't be showin' off the new gear with poofy hair! :OP
I made an appointment for next Saturday. Can ya wait that long? ;o)

I took the last two days off as far as workouts go, so today I really pushed it. 1 hour of swimming, a 5K run, and 30 mins of Strength Training. My run was SOooooo awesome!

Just got home from getting my new Reverse Lulu Hoodie! Whhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeee!!! So excited! It's like a grey/green colour, matches my Hazel eyes. I'll post a pic later :O)

I was a lazy bum last night and only did my strength training. I've got a pretty bad cold, and TOM's creepin' up on me. Tonight I'll hit the gym though. I promise, and I'll update when I do!

I had an extremely busy day, and I'm a little sore from yesterdays workout. I just sat down for dinner at 10pm with 16 pts left. So, I'm taking the day off from exercise, and I'm going to bed as soon as I figure out how to finish off these points. I'm thinkin' an ice cream sundae :O)

Anddddd, I'd like to give a WARM WELCOME BACK to my beautiful friend Jen who has been off plan for several months now. She was one of my main support people during my weight loss journey. She checked in on me faithfully for all my WI's. It was often her words of encouragement that got me through the week. I will never forget the way she cheered me on, and I'm hoping to return the favour now as she is BACK ON TRACK and READY TO KICK SOME ASS. You can check out her BLOG HERE. Jen I'm rootin' for ya! I had a wicked AP day today. 6AP's for 50 min high intensity cardio, and 1 for 30 min strength training. I'm finally getting my cardio level back up a bit, I can tell. Workouts are becoming more enjoyable, and not so freakin' hard! I'm seriously considering that 10k Sun Run mid April. We'll see how I'm doing by the end of the month, and then I'll commit either way. Dropping my points from 30 down to 23 this last 4 days hasn't been as hard as I thought it would be. I was scared that I wouldn't be able to switch back to the losing phase. I guess that it's all in your head because I can't even tell that I am eating less food. Maybe it doesn't bother me because I know it's only temporary. One thing that I did notice at the gym today is I seriously need to work on my Core. I thought that my little Ab-ball workouts were doing me some good, but not really! When I tried to do some plain ol' situps tonight at the gym, it was much harder than I thought it would be. So, I'm going to try increasing the Core portion of my strength training. Maybe it'll help a bit with the pooch :O)

I did my 5K run tonight @ 10pm. It was raining and freezing cold out. I'd already taken the kids swimming for 1.5 hrs too. Digital Devil, please be kind to me ;o)

I made it to the VPC get together at Kirin Sushi today. Here's some pics from today.









I just did 40 mins of strength training last night, and no cardio. I was seriously lacking sleep from buying this Wii LOL! But the good thing is, the digital devil is being much kinder to me today. I'm 146.8 lbs. So, maybe my body needed the break. I will be going for a run tonight :O)

Well, I'm sad to admit that I didn't get those 4 AP's that I wanted to yesterday. So I only made 24 AP's for the week. Another thing I'm a little choked about is my "digital devil" as Mousearoo calls it. It has been telling me I'm 150 lbs all week. Well today was my *new* WI day so I have to accept what the scale says, I'm 150 lbs and that is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE in Shrunk's World. I don't wanna be 150-nuthin'. Yes, yes...I know, I've been working out all week and it's my first week back, and I'm likely retaining water, blah blah blah...WHATEVER! I'm dropping my points to losing, and knocking off 5 lbs. TAKE THAT DIGITAL DEVIL!

Today's AP's = 5 (30mins running and 30 mins strength training)

OH, and I've uploaded a newer, better version of the Bulging Brides show. It's in Mpeg so better quality, and the end isn't cut off like in the previous one (Thanks Nev). I just replaced the one down below with the new one.

I'm keeping up the activity. I think I'm going to earn 28 AP's my first week back in the game! This is too cool! Today I did 50 mins of high intensity cardio at the gym, and half an hour of Strength Training. That totals 24 AP's for the week so far, with tomorrow being the last day. I MUST get 4 AP's in tomorrow!

If I do it...I will reward myself with a Lulu Remix or Reverse Hoodie ;o) Aren't I terrible? I reallllly like those hoodie's though!

Oh, and tomorrow's the BIG DAY! Sarah's show Bulging Brides airs tomorrow, and I'm super stoked. Just praying that they don't show me pole dancing with her because I am SOooooo not graceful. Mostly I am looking forward to seeing the WW Girls. Sarah is having everyone over for a PAR-TAY, it'll be loads of fun! I'll try to take pics while I'm there.

Remember how I was planning my next purchase at Lulu? Yeah well, consider that done LOL! I got a pair of the "Carry Less" pants tonight. I'm soooooooo in ♥ with Lululemon. I still have one more thing that I want from there. I realllllly like their hoodies. They fit so well, and are such good quality. I didn't like any of the colours/styles that they had in stock right now though, so I'm going to wait for a new shipment.

Today for activity I just did an hours worth of Yoga. I'm very sore, so I figured I'd better take it easy. Plus, I had to go shopping! Now I need to stay away from that store before I go broke ;o)

That store seriously rocks. It was my first time. It is hella expensive, but worth every penny. I bought a pair of the Groove pants (in black of course), and a kick ass black top to go with them. I ♥ Lu, and I'm already planning what my next purchase will be.

I just thought that I'd let you all know one of the regular posters (Goonabeslim) from the GDT will be on the Premiere Show for "Bulging Brides" on the Slice Network @ Thurs, January 10 @ 9:30 PM ET/6:30 PM PT. There may be a few other people from the WW Boards on there as well (yes, myself included). There is a glimpse of us in the commercial. We were there for her Stagette, pole dancing the morning after...and some attended her wedding (I unfortunately couldn't make it to that). Check it out if you get time. The show looks awesome, and Sarah is so much fun :O)

I just took it easy today and went bowling for 1.5 hrs with my 5 yr old. I had a late night last night hangin' out with my friend. I haven't seen her in 6 months and I really needed some unwind time. I felt like playing with my new camera that my bro got me for Xmas, so here I am goofin' off trying on her sunglasses (she's got like a gazillion pairs).

These ones aren't bad, although she could clean her lenses...


but I LOVEEEEE these ones, partly because they are black...


and partly because of CHECK OUT THAT BLING on the sides BAY-BEE! Sweet!


Anyways...on tomorrow's agenda is another 5k run, and some weights. I'm actually looking forward to it...kinda...sorta LOL!

Phew, K...I did it. But MAN...WAS IT HARD! I did 30 mins high intensity cardio, and 30 mins of strength training. I will sleep VERY well tonight ;o)

I'm not sure what I'll do tomorrow. It depends how sore I am. I may just do something a little easier on the body, like swimming. We'll see.

Well, I did it! I ran a 5k in 30 mins tonight. I'm going to be sore tomorrow I can tell! It feels good to be back on track though. I'm really disappointed at how poor my fitness level is, but I guess I deserve it after taking all of that time off. Tomorrow I will hit the gym, I promise. 30 mins Cardio, and 30 mins Strength Training. Thanks for all the support you guys, and for the warm welcome back. Mouse and Shirls, I was thinkin' of you two when the going got tough. It helped to keep me motivated and really push it. I know there are days that you guys just don't feel up to it, but you still get your run in :O)

Today is the day that I get my ass back in gear. I am switching my weigh in days to Friday, and I am going for a run today (as I promised Toby Lyn from the GDT). If things go well this next month, I will sign myself up for the 10K Sun Run in mid-April. I think that's enough time to whip myself back into shape. Setting a goal should help me to stay on track. I need something to motivate me to exercise because it is so hard to stick with it when you are not gaining from lack of activity. It is important to me to be healthy, and KEEP MOVING. I had an AWESOME Christmas. I hope that you all did too! Not a lb gained. I'm lucky though because I ate like a pig. I think that it was the constant running around that kept my weight in check. All of our relatives came to my house this year, so I was a busy Mama! Here are some pics from New Years that my Dh took of me skating with the kids.
