Phew, K...I did it. But MAN...WAS IT HARD! I did 30 mins high intensity cardio, and 30 mins of strength training. I will sleep VERY well tonight ;o)

I'm not sure what I'll do tomorrow. It depends how sore I am. I may just do something a little easier on the body, like swimming. We'll see.

and that sums up one of my other favorite thing about working out, the great sleeps that follow... the first of course being stopping at the end of the work out session.

truly impressed, and I have to say I love the skating pictures, if the kids weren't there I'd swear you were in your late teens, man you look good!

That's one thing I really want to start doing ... swimming. I've heard that it's one of the best exercises you can do ... that and it's fairly easy on the body and you can burn quite a lot of calories and not even realize it.

I still you're blog being the first one I ever read and commented on. It's great to see you posting more and cotinuing to be so successful. All that exercise is fantastic! Good job!!! Now...if, I could just get my own butt out there I'd be set!

Oh to be young. LOL.
On Friday I did a whole bunch of cable weight exercises I hadn't done in a year and I needed a heating pad all night and all yesterday.
