I was a lazy bum last night and only did my strength training. I've got a pretty bad cold, and TOM's creepin' up on me. Tonight I'll hit the gym though. I promise, and I'll update when I do!

UPDATE - 45 mins high intensity cardio done at the gym. My WI is tomorrow, I"m not sure about these Friday WI's.

I think it's great that you still did your strength training with a cold and pms.....

Hope your cold gets better! Lotsa fluids and rest!!

(although, could be hard with 3 little ones!!)

Yay, go Shaunna! I find the best workouts I have are the ones where I really don't want to drag my butt to the gym, but then eventually do. Plus, exercising during TOM helps with cramps I hear! :0)

Oh sorry you're not feeling well. I've been sick too (cold), missed some work to sleep it off, I couldn't thinks straight anyways with my brain covered in snot anyways.
