Weigh in today was 147.6 lbs. I'm really sad about it *sigh*

I didn't want to accept the fact that my weight went up a couple of weeks ago. I was hoping it was just some kind of water retention from getting back to the gym. But it seems as though the gain has stuck, and now I have to switch back to "losing". I'm sooooo not looking forward to this. It is my own fault though. I quit working out from mid-November until the end of December, and this is the price I pay.

Wish me luck please. I'm really not looking forward to less food. I've been quite happy with my 30pts per day.

Wow, I am surprised to hear it stuck!!!

I have a feeling though that once you start losing you will see a BIG loss again and need to creep up again!! What a rollercoaster hey???

I hope your body finds a happy medium soon and that you can get back to your 30 pts a day! :)

You can do it.
You've banished well OVER 100, you are on such a great workout schedule, draggin your butt to the gym, even when you don't want to, it's SO within your reach.

but I here ya, it's not fun to get on the scale and realize the gain is really a gain, :(

well if it helps your not the only one struggling, I've given up on counting points and I'm counting real calories instead, its just nice to finally be eating normal amounts, I have to just keep my fingers crossed that this will pay off in the end..

and seriously 150 looks damn good on you girl, so I would not worry about 147!

Hi, I've been following your blog for a bit now. Just wanted to say that back in December, your WI was 144, so that means your current 147... still not bad at all. In fact, 4 lbs IS a negligible amount of weight to lose, especially since you've dropped points before and lost 5 lbs in a week! So. You go, girl. You can do it!

Shrunk,
While I know every body is different, I recently shook up my metabolism by eating different foods at different times during the day (I was in SUCH a rut!) and varying my workouts (swimming one day, strength training the next, running the next, etc) AND I quit drinking alcohol. In the past month I've somehow dropped 7 pounds! Shake up your routine and it might help those 4 pounds come off. Regardless, be proud of how far you've come and believe you can get where you want to go. You can do anything you put your mind to.
