45 mins Strength Training
45 mins High Intensity Cardio

I took a little peek at the scale today, it has not budged. Tomorrow I'm going to earn my last 7 AP's for the week to make a total of 28. I'll take Thursday off, and do my official WI on Friday. I'm really not getting my hopes up though. I think my efforts are going to go unrewarded :O(

On the plus side, I do see some muscle definition coming back in my arms and legs and I feel great! So, that counts for something!

one of the best ever NSV's I've had, had to do with muscle definition, hubby's aunt was hugging me hello and she ran her hands down my arms and said "damn girl you've got muscle" LOVED IT! so I say muscle definition is a huge, huge big deal and worth it all :0)

That counts for EVERYTHING! Keep up the awesome work. I recently went 3 weeks, balls out and didn't lose an ounce! But the next 2 weeks after that, I lost 7 pounds. Take your victories where you can, those pipes you're sporting are your reward. F the scale baby!

Wow, you're doing awesome with the exercise! Maybe the scale is just taking a little longer to catch up with the exercise. If you don't notice any results this week, I'm sure you will next week. You've been doing awesome, girlie! <3

unrewarded in terms of numbers right? Because definition is not a second place prize, it's just as awesome (if not better) than getting that number down. (And you've been working so hard, it's going to be hard for the number not to come down, even if it IS in the weeks to come)

You know, I'd even be happy if my body fat% came down, but that hasn't happened yet either. Time will tell I guess.
