So, what do I go and do? I use all my flex in my first 2 days of my WW week. *sigh* I've got a tough week ahead of me. The only way that I'm going to be able to do this is by earning lots of AP's!

Todays workout...
45 min high intensity cardio
55 mins strength training

Don't worry Shaunna! I used all my Flex on Saturday and Sunday and yep, it's going to be a hard week, but we can both do it! I find that using my Flex on the weekends gives me something to look forward to. :0)

I absolutely hate it when that happens. When I run out of flex points it is such a temptation to say "screw it, I can't do it now" but I am sure that you will be fine. Just think how much more activity you will have racked up this week.
