Moving right along here. Tomorrow is WI day for me. I'm a little nervous. I only earned 33 AP's this week, not my usual 50+ I guess that's still more than the recommended 28. I've been going pretty hard since I started at the gym 7 weeks ago, so I kind of toned it down a bit this week. Who knows, maybe the change of pace will have shocked my metabolism. About another 12 hrs will tell. Just putting a reminder here to myself....SELF, when you WI tomorrow remember to take some measurements. It'll be interesting to see how many inches I lose, and a great motivator for when the losses on the scale slow down.
