This week I proved that I gain weight just as easily as I lose it :OP
Im up to 141 lbs which means I gained 4! Yay! This was a good thing. Last week my weight dropped below the healthy weight range for my height. I couldn't stop my body from losing. I am so grateful that Runny and Tdufour took the time to analyze my points for me and figure out what I should actually be eating in order to maintain. If I would have kept with Weight Watchers guidelines I would have continued to lose for who knows how long. Runny worked it out that I should actually be eating 40 points per day (that includes flex) and to double my AP's when I eat them. It worked like a charm! I packed on 4 lbs and I've been sitting at 141 for 5 days straight. I feel like a million bucks. Those 4 lbs made such a difference! Now I finally feel like I've got the maintenance thing under control. At 40 pts per day, I can definitely keep this weight off for life. That's alot of food! There is a light at the end of the tunnel :O)

right now I could use some of your can't stop loosing vibe, wanna share? lol
I found out WW weight chart was not my ideal weight due to excess fat loss. I nurse had me go back on breast feeding points till I started to be at healthy wait.
Congrats on figuring out your points to help you maintain. That's great! I just lost my first 10lbs...yahoo!
I just found your blog! Havn't you done amazingly well! I'm inspired!!! I too was told I could not be a WW's success story, cos I had featured in a Woman's Magazine ... Nasty buggers! And I was almost in line to win WW of the Year too, till they realised my 'story' had been in a rival magazine. Boo hoo! Keep up the good work, you look awesome!
40 points a day!!! AWWWWESOME! After all the conditioning WW has done, it feels weird to congratulate someone on their weight gain!, but WTG!!! lol
I'm glad you've finally managed to make this maintenance thing work for you!!!! Good lord, you get to eat 40pts every day for the rest of your life? Maintenance sound like a great idea!!!!
Wow I just found your site and I am impressed! You look like a different person. You are an inspiration to me.
40 points! That's definitely doable! Glad you figured out a formula that works for you. You look amazing!
Did you ever think you'd be happy to GAIN weight??? lol. That's awesome

I just found your blog and your story is so inspirational...I was reaading that you said you became a gym rat somewhere along the way...I was wondering...did you eat all your activity points when you worked out quite a bit? How did that figure into the weight loss?
Yep! I eat all of my activity and flex points every week. In the beginning I did not, and it caused me to hit a plateau. You must fuel the body to get it burning those calories, it's so important. Eating the points did not change my rate of loss. So I strongly urge people to eat their AP/FP.
Hi my name is Jerri. I found your site to be a great inspiration! I have read a couple of your thread on WW, and what an amazing journey you have been on!
I have been on and off of WW for a couple of years. I am your height, about an inch taller, and weigh 211. I just wanted to know how you stayed focused?? I have about 40-50 lbs to lose, and it just seems like I can't do it, even tho I want it so bad! It's pretty frustrating at times. Everyday I wake up saying, K, today is the day, I will be focused, I will stay OP, then by mid afternoon, I have blown it!! I was just wanting a some advice from someone who seems they may understand me. Thanks in advanced. Here is my email, just in case, jerri@mts.net
You look fabulous, but you must be very tall. Even at much higher weights, I never would have considered you obese. I think you are model pretty.
