Well, I've earned my 28 AP's in for the week, and I stayed on plan eating 23 pts per day (my target for losing), plus my flex and ap's. I hope that my efforts pay off and I have a good WI on Friday! I will update then. Thanks for all the support this last week :O)

Hey there!

So to post a new template into your blog you have to:

~Go to Customize
~Click the layout tab (if it isn't already)
~then below the tabs there is a bar, click edit HTML
~The delete the HTML that's there (and paste into a word document or something, just in case the new template doesn't work)
~Then get the new template code
~ Paste it into the box where you just took the code out of

~Then preview, if it works great!

You just gave me an idea. I need to start making goals for APs in the future. I've never done that before, but maybe now I will.
