Here is the cake that I made to complete the Wilton Course 1 tonight. We were allowed to do whatever we wanted for our cake. This one reminds me of my blog :O)

A friend of mine found this blog while searching for something to do with WW and sent it to me. First time I have seen it today and have read through most, not all, of your enteries and have of course looked at your pictures. I am amazed, wowed, in ore, gobsmacked, and just so inspired that you lost all that weight. I have chosen to leave WW after trying to get it to work for me for the last year and half and failing badly, seems I have a very childish reltaionship with food and telling myself I am on a diet just doesn't work. I am now playing the 'eat less, move more' mentality and having done both the points and the the core plans (not sure you have that in the US, I'm in London UK)I know what is good frome and bad for me and sticking to the principles of eating healthily and as low GI and fat free as I can and getting my butt moving in the gym.... of which I hope eventually gets easier, please tell me it does..! You are a very beautiful woman that looks totally amazing and a total inspiration to us all. Well done and thank you. xxx

You've been one busy lady! I don't know how you make all of those without eating them all! You possess some serious strength my dear.
