I don't wanna jinx myself butttt *knock on wood*...I think after 4 months of trying, I may have finally kick started my body back into losing. I sure hope so anyways! I had two nice WI's in a row. I lost 2.8 this week, and 1.6 last week. Next WI will tell for sure. If I could just get back into the 140's, I would be SOooo happy :O)

And no it's NOT about the number on the scale. It's about this bulge around my middle :oS

Those are 2 great WI's. I had no doubt that you would get back to losing :)

Looking forward to seeing how your next WI goes.

That is so great. Nothing as motivating as some good solid loss. I have the most trouble being motivated when my loss is small.(which happens too much of the time.) Keep up your good work.

It sounds like you are kicking that plateau's ass! Congrats!

I just came across your blog today and I love it. I'm adding it to my list of favorites. I didn't get a chance to read through many of your previous posts (yet), but I was compelled to write and tell you how freakin' great you look!! You look like a teenager in your most recent pics.

I love your tats as well.

Keep up the great work. Bust through that plateau (although technically, you're like 5 pounds from goal - that's not considered a plateau, or is it?)! You can do it! Rock that treadmill and lift, lift, lift! I've heard that lifting weights can help push those few extra pounds away.

I'll be back to visit often.

So how did you get your weight loss going again? My weight loss has stalled and I'm losing/gaining hte same few pounds. I'm almost at goal, but I've been here for about 4 months too! The past 2 weeks I've eaten all my flex and into my exercise points, and I've lost 1 and 0.8 which is at least a loss!! So, what worked for you??
