The scale isn't moving this week and I'm getting really pissed off. I'm sorry ChunkyMonkey, I've cheated this week and been peeking at the scale. I'm bad, I know. I'm getting really frusterated though, the scale isn't budging at all. I've been exercising even though I'm still sick, and for what? It's not doing anything. Weight Loss can be so frusterating. If I don't show a loss on the scale this week I will FREAK OUT. Just a warning to you all, it aint gonna be pretty. On a more positive note, I bought another new pair of pants last night. I got some brown chords, and two plain tshirts. I think I'll wear them tonight :O)

I'm sure you'll see a loss this coming weigh-in. The scale can do some crazy things and when you are least expecting it it can just drop down.

Try to stay positive, you're doing a great job!

You and me both. I'm ovulating, is there a reason like that your scale isn't going? Also, what does your body fat monitor say? Mine is still inching downward. And my trainer made a comment this week about seeing more muscle tone while I was doing pullups.

Remember you CAN'T do exercise and not have it do something. At the very least you're getting yourself healthier and able to live longer, beat off sickness, and just feel plain better. You're also likely exchanging fat for tone and new muscle growth. Your body is reshaping itself. And I bet sometimes it needs a week to breathe. You've lost 50 pounds in what, five months? It can be frustrating, but your trend has been very obviously downward. I'm sure it'll start up again very soon.
