So, I reopened my WW.ca account just to double check that I have been tracking everything properly on paper. I'm really baffled as to why my weight has crept up from 137 lbs to 155 lbs over my 2 yrs on maintenace (Yes, it will be 2 yrs in May woohoo). I don't understand it because most of the last 2 yrs I've spent with my pts lowered to try to lose the lbs that have crept up on me. Anyways, I am calculating everything right, so I dunno. I guess that I should just be happy that I'm still healthy. The healthy weight range for my height is 139-174 lbs. As long as I keep eating right and exercising, what more can I do? Oh, and I have that appt next week with the plastic surgeon to find out about my tummy tuck. I still don't really believe that it will end up happening. I'm not getting my hopes up. I will update you all after I have my consultation.

Missy goes in for her spay surgery in the next week or two. She is now 6 weeks post-op from her leg surgery. She has to have follow up xrays done so my vet wants to do her surgery at the same time because she will have to be sedated for xrays anyways. I'm a little worried because she is still so tiny. It has to be done though! I just hope that everything goes OK.

Here's pics of my little darling Missy in ANOTHER new "go.fetch" dress. I ♥ dressing my dog :OP

Hey Shauna!
How did you pick your surgeon for your tummy tuck? I am having a hard time deciding but I have a consult with Dr. Ward this summer.

Do not let a little weight gain stress you out. I know it is frustrating, but look at the progress you have made so far. Have you tried increasing the intensity/duration of your workouts and do you do strength training? Good luck with the surgeon. And I just love your doggie.

Hey Kristisummer. I've always done all of my workouts at high intensity (otherwise I get bored) and yes I do strength training :O)

Anonymous, I didn't pick my surgeon...my family doctor did. Hopefully he's good!

I'm not even going to comment on the weight/maintenance thing, I'm just not of any use in that regard.

however, surgery wise, you can't possibly ask too many questions. I would really be asking about sculpting and shaping, as I know a few provinces do a basic slice and dice for no cost but don't do any of the refining work and patients leave very unhappy, so I'd be asking about that part, I can't wait to hear all about it, I know you have been waiting for a long time :0)

How is your BF%? Has that gone up as well?

Jenny

Yep, it has Jenny. It was way down at 18% when I was 137lbs, I can't remember exactly where I'm at right now. I'll have to check tomorrow. It's definitely gone up though. My BMI is 23 so I can't complain too much. I'm not overweight, or close to it. I just don't like this weight!

Shrunk,

I am like you. My BMI is 23, but I don't like my weight at all. When I tell people that I want to lose weight they think I have a head problem. I don't like my weight either. I am very light boned so even a mid weight looks and feels too much. I will be interested in hearing what works for you. Good luck, Jenny

Wow, you look amazing! I can only imagine how great you must feel. I'd love to know what kind of exercise routine you had.
