This is how I eat, I gave a few examples for each meal....

2 pt Breakfast (one of the following, not a huge breaky fan):

-All Bran Bar
-Steel Cut Oats with Cinnamon & Splenda
-All Bran Cereal with Skim Milk
-2 pieces of WW Toast with Lite Cheez Whiz

6 pt Lunch (one of the following):

-1 cup of pasta with 1 cup of Vegetarian Sauce
-Smart Ones Turkey Frozen Dinner with a Salad and oliveoil/balsamic vinegar
-Greek Salad (with olive oil and balsamic vinegar)and Grilled Cheese and Turkey Sandwich
-Pita Pizza made at home

8-10pt Dinner (one of the following):

-Salmon with ½ cup of rice, and a cup of yellow corn
-Veggie Burger with home fries and salad
-Lean beef with baked potato, fat free sourcream and chives, and some stir fry mixed veggies (in olive oil)
-Teriyaki Chicken Breast with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots

1-4pt Snacks (3+ a night):

-strawberries with fat free cool whip and frozen ice milk
-smart pop popcorn
-Cadbury thin bar
-WW frozen cake
-Rice Krispie Square

I also make sure to take a multivitamin and drink 3+L of water a day, and get my exercise.
