Weigh in this week....GAIN 0.8 lbs. It's all right. I'm not worried in the least. Body Fat percentage went down to 25.5%. I'm quitting the Wendie Plan, six weeks was enough. I'll use it again if I need to, I love Wendie. I think my shins are finally starting to heal up. I had to take 4 days off from activity this week! That sucked! I never realized how much exercise effects my mood! I was a total grouch those 4 days. This will be a better week :O)

You're so smart to keep track of your body fat percentage!! I mean honestly you've got nothing to worry about because you know you're loosing fat and that's all that matters!! You probably just gained some more muscle and that rocks!! Great attitude, too! You rock, hun! :-) Glad to hear that your shins are feeling better!! You'll be back out pounding the pavement in no time!!

I hear you about the sore shins...mine were killing all week from my runs as well, great attitude about the weigh in, I should be more like you :)

Check your shoes if the shin splints are something new.

And mix it up girl!

You ain't suffered until you've done some serious boot camp shit.
