*throwing a huge tantrum here*
I'm getting SO frusterated, angry, disappointed...I just wanna FREAK OUT!I've worked out like a fricken dog the last 3 weeks for NOTHING. I actually gained this week! I gained 1.8 for absolutely no reason in the world. I work out every day for an hour and follow the WW plan EXACTLY to FREAKING GAIN! ARGH! This is so not fair. I think that after 3 weeks of crappy WI's I can officially say that I've hit a plateau. I can't believe that I'm back in the 180's. It kills me to have to change my stats :O(

Plateaus bite! Hopefully you'll get some good advice from the blogs today and try something different like the wendie plan or changing up your menu. Still your success is incredible. My DH and I look at your pics all the time in awe!

Try not to be so hard on yourself, you've lost an amazing amount of weight and chances are your body is trying to catch up to that. Not only that but it takes a lot more work to lose the last bit. You are doing fantastic, try to look at how far you've come and not stress so much on what the number on the scale says but on how good you feel and look.

Do you measure at all? Chances are with all the working out you're doing that you're losing inches instead of pounds which is a GREAT thing!!

i'm really sorry that you're so upset, i know saying "look how far you've come" won't make u feel any better right now but i'm saying it anyways. *i don't really know what to say*... i know that Mandy www.minimizingmandy.blogspot.com had hit a plateau and tried the Wendie plan last week and she lost 1.8 lbs this week, maybe you can try it? i think it's on www.stellamama.com good luck! xoxo julie

You have inspired me and I personally know of 2 others that just are in awe of what you have done..

Stay calm and keep up the great work ... probably your Muscle toning up .. you know that is heavier ...

hey shaunna, quit freaking out now..stop !breathe in-and now -out..remember it is only 1.8 lbs..remember my poem about ONLY ONE POUND, reread it !and hey 1.8 lbs. is a far cry from 100, i mean you could always give me that 100 lb. loss and you could go back to 200 and what? so suck it up girl, and show the scale who is boss...and yes ,you found me today on the boards..i wasn't ready for that!!!
