Omg! Omg! I'm so excited! Check out this weigh in. I never thought I'd see the 150's, but here I am :O) I seriously don't ever remember weighing in the 150's before. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOO! I guess all my activity this week paid off. My loss for this week was 3.4 lbs.

I am going to post my menu/activity for the week because I am having alot of people ask about it. You will notice I'm not very good at getting my oils. I do however drink 3+L of water a day, and take a multivitamin.

I'm not sure Crystal. I think that I'm going to go by body fat%. I'd like to get to 23% and I'm at 25.1 as of today :O)

I just use my Weight Watchers scale Tiffany :O)
