7AP's today for my 60 mins high intensity cardio at the gym. After drinking a bottle of wine the night before I might add :OP

So, I've decided to do the Wendie Plan I'm not sure if I will do it for the whole month off from the scale or not. I will definitely do it for 2 weeks though. Hopefully it helps!

I just wanted to say thanks for all the nice comments that have been left on my blog recently. The support that I get here is just amazing, and it really does help me to stay focused. I appreciate it :O)

Wow - I just started reading your blog this week! I re-joined good ol' WW just over 2 years ago after having my baby....I am down almost 60 and swear to god will hit my goal this year if it kills me! Your site has really helped my re-gain my focus! Keep up the great work you look fantastic!

I dont know how you do it! I'd have to remove my scale from my house to be able to go a month.
