60 mins high intensity cardio at the gym and 30 mins Strength Training at home.
I forgot to add my 3 AP's that I earned on Friday to my blog. I like to keep track here to keep me accountable. So that's only a measly 11 AP's for the week so far. I have 3 days to get 17 more. Will I do it? I guess we'll find out :O)
