GAIN - AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH *jumps off bridge*
I lowered my points from the 30 that I usually eat on maintenace, down to 23 for losing. I earned 28 ap's this week. Ate all of my flex and AP's, and what do I get? A FREAKING GAIN! Up 2.6 lbs. Do I even bother to try again this week? It seems so hopeless.

I'm not sure that these one-size-fit-all point systems will ever work for everybody. Apparently it didn't work for you. I guess that means ... (and you know this already) ... more exercise and fewer calories.
Ah man, that sucks! But you know it's not hopeless!! If I remember correctly, it always takes your body a week or so to clue in to what you are doing. I'm sure it will work out. Keep up the good work, lady!!!
I'm sorry about the gain but don't give up. You have come so far. You just have to get the points right. Hang in there. Chin up!

Haha Marie - I love you, you're hilarious. I actually facebooked you a little while ago to find out what you think I should eat for points.
Jim, NOT true in my case. Less food and more exercise will not work for me. I'll plateau indefinitely. I learned that the hard way during my weight loss. More food is always better for me. I've been feeling weak throughout the week from the drop in calories, which makes me believe this may be what's going on again.
I think the trick will be to add about 3-4 pts per day.
Shaunna - OF COURSE it will work for you, and you'll snap right back into your amazing losing mode and be back where you want to be in no time. You're pretty much the spitting image of 'proof' that it will work. You know what to do, you've always been the kinda gal who rocks it when you add a few points to your daily total.... I can't wait to hear about your loss next week!
I just think you need to make yourself some of that "Choke's On You" dip... and maybe invite me over to help you devour it! LOL!
Don't stress about it too much!
Think about how far you've come, and it's not much of a gain at all :)
And from what I've read, you do need more points to keep losing; that's just how your body is.
Don't give up!
