Omggggg, I stood on the scale this morning and despite lowering my points and exercising lots this week, my weight is going UP! I can't believe this! I've switched my WI's back to Monday, so hopefully things change by then. Something tells me it won't though. Talk about frusterating, I could just SCREAM!

Wow that's nasty!! I would scream as well. Actually sometimes i do when i see the numbers on the scale ;(

more exercise = need for more food, not a need for lower points

Keep doing the 'right' thing. Your muscles will tend to swell when you're working them. So that may account for a bit of the 'up' weight.

I can tell you are frustrated. I know this may not help but remember what an inspiration you are too many so many people.

UGH, how frustrating !
I feel for you, you put so much effort into this.
What's that plan that always works for you, ya know to eat lots for one day, then lower it the next ? It's a girls-name-Plan.
That always worked for you.
Hang in there, although I know you don't need to be told with that stubbornness of yours. :-)

But I feel for you, It must be so aggrevating.

I worked my butt of last week too and it didnt show on the scale either. It is coming off so slow.I started this journey the first week of june and to date i have only lost 7, ughh its taking forever!

Muscle weighs more than fat and if you've been working out a lot perhaps you have muscle gain. Worry more about your body shape and being happy with the shape and feel of your body.
